Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchasing any product or service from Jiggle Fish or of participating in our loyalty program.

4.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and program enrollment. You may receive up to several messages per month. We make reasonable efforts to limit messaging to relevant and timely communications only.

4.4 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS and MMS messages sent to and received from Jiggle Fish. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and your wireless service plan. Jiggle Fish does not charge separately for text messages. Please contact your carrier if you are unsure about applicable rates.

4.5 How to Opt Out of SMS

You may opt out of our SMS/MMS messaging program at any time using any of the following methods:

Reply STOP: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further promotional or marketing messages will be sent.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out to take effect across all systems. Supported wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and your carrier’s coverage area. Jiggle Fish is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier outages, network issues, or other factors outside of our reasonable control.

4.8 Privacy of Your Mobile Number

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used exclusively to send you messages you have consented to receive, in accordance with our Privacy Policy at https://jigglefish.io/privacy-policy. We retain records of SMS consent and opt-out for a minimum of four (4) years as required by TCPA regulations.
